1. Introduction

Nanoparticles (NPs) are becoming part of our everyday lives! You'll find them in food, drinks, consumer products, supplements, cosmetics, and even medical treatments.

Have you ever thought about what happens to the NPs in bread, rice, fruits, hand sanitizers, supplements, sun creams, ointments, and cosmetics?

While many assume that the liver “clears” these particles, it's essential to understand that clearance doesn't mean they are completely gone from the body. Often, nanoparticles are just moved around, stored, or recycled by different organs, rather than being entirely eliminated.

Liver clearance often means redistribution  –  not removal – of nanoparticles.

Liver clearance usually involves redistribution – not elimination – of nanoparticles.

This article explains how the liver processes nanoparticles, how they reach other organs, and why understanding this is crucial for developing effective detox strategies.

2. Where Nanoparticles Hide

8. Medications and vaccines *

Many modern pharmaceutical products and vaccines incorporate nanotechnology, particularly as delivery systems. I've included some examples below—more are available in the Deep Dive article, exclusive to our private community group.

  • USA / EU Vaccines:

    - Pfizer–BioNTech (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevax) COVID-19 vaccines use lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to deliver mRNA.

    - Valneva vaccine (VLA2001) is an inactivated virus vaccine with an adjuvant, not LNP-based but noteworthy.

    - CureVac CVnCoV, a discontinued mRNA-LNP vaccine, had lower efficacy (~47%).

    - Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) Ad26.COV2.S vaccine uses adenovirus nanoparticle vectors.

  • China:

    - Convidecia (CanSino) vaccine uses viral vector nanoparticles in a single-dose formulation.

  • Russia:

    - Sputnik V uses adenovirus vectors (Ad26 and Ad5) to deliver genetic material.

  • Non-Vaccine Nanomedicines:

    - Doxil®: Liposomal doxorubicin used for cancer treatment.

    - Abraxane®: Albumin-bound paclitaxel nanoparticles used in oncology.

    - Nano-liposomal irinotecan: Used for pancreatic cancer.

  • Topical Nanomedicines:

Antifungal creams and wound dressings containing nanosilver or nanocopper for antimicrobial properties.

  • - Sunscreens with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide nanoparticles.

📌 Why This Matters: Nanoparticles often behave differently at the nanoscale—becoming more chemically reactive, penetrating biological barriers, and posing unique health and environmental risks.

3. Real-World Products Containing Nanoparticles

Silica Nanoparticles (Silicon Dioxide)

  • Drug delivery systems: Used in mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) for pharmaceuticals.

  • Food supplements and protein powders: Often used as anti-caking agents.

Silver Nanoparticles (AgNPs)

  • Sanitizers and hand gels: Widely used for antimicrobial purposes.

  • Cosmetic creams: Common in wound ointments and skincare.

Gold Nanoparticles (AuNPs & Clusters)

  • Cosmetics and face masks: Marketed for skin rejuvenation.

  • Therapeutic uses: Used in photothermal cancer therapies.

Graphene Oxide (GO) & Reduced Graphene Oxide (r-GO)

  • Hair dyes and colorants: Experimental graphene-based formulations.

  • Cosmetics: Present in sunscreens and skin treatments.

  • Skin cancer therapies: Used in photothermal topical treatments.

4. Liver Clearance Dynamics

The liver functions as a principal filtering organ for nanoparticles exceeding 8 nm in size. These nanoparticles are frequently sequestered by hepatic cells and subsequently secreted into bile. Nevertheless, biliary excretion may facilitate the return of particles to the intestinal tract, where they may be reabsorbed into the circulation rather than being fully eliminated.

THE RECYCLING LOOP

Your liver processes nanoparticles:

1. Temporary storage

2. Transfer to the intestines

3. Gut reabsorption

4. Redistribution to muscles and organs

5. Material-Specific Liver Accumulation and Translocation.

Silica Nanoparticles (MSNs)

  • Liver retention: Negatively and neutrally charged MSNs persist longer.

  • Excretion: Cleared via hepatobiliary and renal pathways, (see renal limitations in our blog here).

  • Translocation: Can disrupt liver enzymes and contribute to tissue damage over time.

Silver Nanoparticles (AgNPs)

  • Liver accumulation: ~13 %ID/g; spleen ~16 %ID/g.

  • Excretion: Partially via urine and feces, but persistent liver retention is common.

  • Translocation: Ag⁺ ions are excreted via bile; intact AgNPs often remain trapped in liver vacuoles.

Gold Nanoparticles (AuNPs and Clusters)

  • Large AuNPs (>5 nm): ~70% of the dose accumulates in the liver; minimal renal clearance (<1%).

  • Ultrasmall clusters (<3 nm): ~36% cleared by the kidneys; ~94% metabolized over 28 days.

  • Translocation: Gold can be stored in muscle and later redistributed to the liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and testis.

Carbon-Based Nanoparticles and Graphene Oxide

  • Liver accumulation: High retention in the liver and spleen.

  • Excretion: Mainly through feces, with some renal involvement.

  • Translocation: May be reabsorbed via the gut and transported through the lymphatic system to other organs

6. Translocation and Systemic Redistribution

Float Image

Liver clearance isn't the final step for many NPs (nanoparticles); instead, they might:

  • Re-enter the bloodstream through the intestines.

  • Be stored in muscles and later redistributed to critical organs.

  • Travel via the lymphatic system to organs like the spleen, lungs, and heart.

These patterns underscore the importance of being cautious when interpreting "liver clearance" as complete detox.

7. Protective Steps

a) Decode labels

Avoid: "Nano-silver," "Mesoporous silica," "Graphene oxide," "Silica-dioxide," "Titanium-Oxide."

Note: This is not an exhaustive list.

b) Reduce the Intake - Make Smarter Choices

  • Choose liquids over powders

  • Look for "nano-free" certifications.

  • Avoid vegetables and fruits grown in the open air.

  • Always peel off the skin of the fruits deeply,

  • Prefer root vegetables.

  • Prefer vegetables and fruits grown indoors (greenhouses for example), since their exposure to airborne NPs is reduced.

  • Avoid ALL cereals and their products (bread, pasta, rice, beer, etc)

  • Organic does not mean free of nano. Do not be misled into thinking that if a product is labeled organic, it is automatically healthy and safe from NPs.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list.

c) THE MOST IMPORTANT: Build or purchase your antinano devices to stop the function of the nano particles.

Nanoparticles are self-assembled, self-duplicating, and self-repairing.

They are a form of memetic technology.

The various assemblies in the body, as well as the concept of synthetic biology, relate to this.

The only proven technology—supported by thousands of users and their testimonials (see the "Deep Dive" Document in our private community)—that can halt the functions mentioned earlier is the electromagnetic pulses generated by the antinano devices, invented by Tony Pantelleresco.

With this device, we treat the cause of the problem, not the symptoms.

With the Antinano devices, any effort and protocol is inefficient and a waste of time and resources, because the NPs are self-assembled, self-duplicating, and self-repairing.

These devices have three modules:

  1. a power source,

  2. an ON-OFF Automatic switch, and

  3. a coil, which is a wire wrapped around a bucket or shaped in a triangle.

You can build your antinano device as demonstrated in Tony's Pantelleresco YouTube Channel, HerbsPlusBeadWorks.

If you're unfamiliar with electrical calculations and requirements, this webinar is everything you need to choose your electrical components correctly.

Alternatively, if you lack the time or confidence to work with tools and electricity, you can purchase a ready-made, "Plug-N-Play" device from our eshop here.

There are three prominent product families: The Bucket, the Triangle, and the SPIKE device.

The triangle configuration is considered the most efficient, as it can be employed throughout the entire body.

The bucket presents a practical alternative when a bathtub is unavailable, primarily assisting the lower body.

The SPIKE operates via a different mechanism: it yields excellent results when used in conjunction with the Triangle sessions, sequentially.

The current passing through the coil, along with the number of turns or wraps, determines the magnetic field's strength and its capacity to penetrate deeper into the body, which is especially beneficial for overweight individuals. For that reason, we offer power supplies with different current outputs.

In our e-shop, we offer two types of Automatic Switches, designed to connect with the coil (either in the shape of a triangle or around a bucket).

  • One model (AN-PEMF-01) incorporates an electromechanical relay with a fixed pulse rate (frequency) and a variable pulse duration (duty cycle).

  • Three models (AN-PEMF-02m, AN-PEMF-02V, and AN-PEMF-02VM) feature an electronically controlled automatic switch, allowing users to adjust the pulse rate duration.

We have observed different types of NPs and assemblies of NPs exiting the body at varying frequencies.

Similarly, we have two models for the SPIKE device:

  • One with two relays (AN-SPK-02) and

  • One with the electronic switch (AN-SPK-03)

The triangle can be used either outside of water or in the bathtub with the water and salt formula mentioned below. If used outside the bath, the user should do the "nano detox bath" immediately afterward or at least later that day. The only benefit of performing the triangle session in the water is to save time.

For users who will be using the triangle in the water, we offer extra insulation protection and a test of the electrical insulation of the triangle to ensure that the insulation is in good condition and there is no electrical current leakage.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer Regarding Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) and Anti-Nano Devices

WARNING: Anti-nano devices may not neutralize lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) introduced via experimental mRNA products. In some cases, EMP exposure may inadvertently energize LNPs. Use at your own risk. The manufacturer, distributor, and inventor accept no liability for outcomes associated with LNP activation or personal exposure decisions.

d) Remove the disengaged NPs from the body

We have the basic formulas in our eshop.

We also provide customization based on the needs and/or limitations of the person who has booked consultations with us, or has purchased the devices, and has requested details.

IMPORTANT: A proper detoxification program, which begins by clearing the elimination pathways, is essential. It helps remove toxins and NPs, as well as assemblies of NPs, effectively when these pathways are open; as a result, the body retains fewer toxins and flushes out disengaged NPs more efficiently after using antinano devices.

Consider an evaluation at one of the top detoxification clinics or centers. If, after evaluating the medical history questionnaire, a detoxification program is recommended, it will involve traveling to Southeast Asia for more than a week (which can be 2, 3, 4, or more weeks, depending on your individual detoxification needs) to undergo the program at that detox center.

Accommodations in the area of the clinic or a nearby hotel, along with a customized diet tailored to the individual's detox needs, are typically included in the price. But these may change over time or depending on their availability.

Furthermore, removal of dental fillings from a specialized dentist may be required for proper detoxification.

Anyone serious about detoxing with professional, ethical medical guidance should consider this option.

You can visit their website and access the evaluation questionnaire after paying the 190 USD fee for the time to review and evaluate your medical history, at this link: www.s4mwelleness.com

e) Repair the damages they have cause in all levels: Cellural, mitochondria, DNA.

Examples of products that are at the micro-scale.

Pay attention because there are more and more products claiming restoration but they are at the nano-scale.

The list is merely indicative, not exhaustive.

Mitochondrial Repair Stack:

Supplement: PQQ Macrocomplex

Dosage: 20mg

Timing: AM sublingual

Mechanism: Stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis

DNA Repair Protocol:

Astaxanthin Microbeads: 12mg reduces oxidative DNA damage by 40%

f) Reduce the exposure to EMF that activate NPs.

It is essential to minimize exposure to EMF by utilizing various shielding techniques and reducing Wi-Fi exposure, among other measures. Details are provided in the complete nano detox protocol during consultation and to our customers. Solutions need to be customised.

8. Key Takeaways & Conclusion

  • Liver clearance does not always equal elimination. Many nanoparticles simply translocate to other tissues or organs.

  • Everyday products may expose people to nanoparticles that persist, recirculate, and accumulate systemically.

  • True detoxification must account for these translocation routes, long-term retention, and potential for reabsorption.

  • Disclaimer: The examples provided are for educational purposes. Toxicity and health outcomes depend on dose, exposure time, individual health status, and nanoparticle formulation. Many other nanoparticles beyond those listed here also pass through the liver. The above are just for awareness.
