If the product arrives as DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will send you a new one free of charge after verification of the problem and issuing a return of the defective one if it can not be fixed remotely.

The pulse generators for the anti-nano triangle and bucket have a 6-month warranty.

If they malfunction during the warranty period, when used as described in the instructions for use, troubleshooting, and repairs on the component level (labor and parts) are free of charge.

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any open or unopened product within thirty (30) days (or within the limit time and return limitations that the manufacturer mentions in the product description) for a full refund of the purchasing cost, according to the manufacturer's refund policy, excluding the shipping and 15% handling costs from banks, credit card gateways, administration costs, and other costs.

For the Anti-Nano products and bundles, the nonrefundable amounts are:

There is no reimbursement in case of no delivery or non-acceptance due to any reason, including refusal to pay customs duties. In another case, the Shipping Costs and 15% of the product costs are not reimbursed. 

Furthermore, non-reimbursable are the following amounts: US$15 for admin handling returns of AN-PEMF-01 with or without power supply,

US$20 for handling returns of AN-PEMF-02v or AN-PEMF-02m, and SPIKE AN-SPK-02 and AN-SPK-03 without power supply

US$ 30 for handling returns of AN-PEMF-02v or AN-PEMF-02m, and SPIKE AN-SPK-02 and AN-SPK-03 with power supply

US$40 for handling returns of AN-PEMF-02VM without a power supply,

US$60 for handling returns of AN-PEMF-02VM with a power supply

US$35 for handling bucket returns

US$62 for handling returns of triangles (any combination)

US$70 for handling any of the bundles.

Consultation fees and donations are not refunded after the consultation.

Cancelation up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: 85% refundable.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: 50% refundable.

Consultation with Tony.

There will be no consultations if you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with two or more boosters. The reason is that remedies that worked before the vaccine have limited benefits for the bodies that have taken that vaccine. Tony does not yet have new solutions for this population category and will refuse to provide any consultation that may not work. You will be reimbursed 50% of the amount, including bank and admin fees.

Please follow the following steps to receive the requested refund:

- Contact customer support for the Return Material Authorization  Number (RMA#) and return address or special instructions depending on the product.

The following applies only to the Antinano bucket, triangles, and Pulse Generators. The remaining

- Place your RMA# inside the package and your name and address.

- Ship the product back to us.

- We will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the products matching the RMA#. We recommend sending it with a tracking option and the required name and signature.

For the remaining products, we must first confirm with the supplier the authorization to return their products.

The shipping cost required to return the product is not refundable. You must absorb the return shipping cost. If you have any questions, contact customer support ([email protected]). We are always happy to help.

.*Please email us asking for your return number (RMA#). Packages must be shipped within ten days of receiving the RMA# from the customer service email. You need to include that number on a piece of paper inside the box with the returned product and use the text with the description that we will provide you for the declaration on the export document of the postal documents.
